This policy explains what information jillbernard.co collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Jill Bernard, an independent consulting practice based in Erath, Louisiana.
I only collect information you give me directly. That includes your name and email address when you take the operator quiz, book a call, or submit the mentorship application, along with anything you write in those forms. The site also collects basic, anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and general location, to understand what is useful and what is not.
I use your information to send you the content you asked for, to follow up about working together, and to improve the site. If you submit the mentorship application, I use what you share to decide whether the program is a fit and to prepare for our conversation. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone except the tools below that help me run the practice.
Each of these handles your data under its own privacy terms.
If you join my email list, you will receive occasional emails relevant to what you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. One click and you are off the list.
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it entirely. Email me at jill@jillbernard.co and I will take care of it.
